This policy outlines the terms for cancelling memberships, bookings, and meeting room reservations. We believe in clarity and fairness, so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your time with Plug In Spaces.
Plug In Spaces – Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings and licences at Plug In Spaces and operates subject to the Plug In Spaces Workspace Licence Terms & Conditions, which prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
Plug In Spaces operates on a licence-based model, not casual time-slot hire.
Accordingly:
Notice Periods
Either party may terminate by giving at least 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated in your Licence Plan.
Fixed-Term Licences
Where a licence is for a fixed term, notice given during the term takes effect at the end of that term unless Plug In Spaces agrees otherwise in writing. Fees remain payable up to the end of the fixed term.
Refunds
Fees are not refundable except where expressly provided in the Workspace Licence Terms & Conditions or required by law.
Where fees have been prepaid and Plug In Spaces does not terminate for breach or non-payment, any unused portion after termination may be refunded or credited on a pro-rata basis within a reasonable time, where legally permissible.
What this means?
You remain liable for fees up to the end of the notice period and/or the end of the fixed term (as applicable).
Meeting rooms and boardrooms are additional services and are subject to separate booking rules.
